2. Hosting and Technical Infrastructure

Our website is hosted by All-Inkl.com (Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf). When you access our website, technical access data is automatically recorded temporarily by the web server, including IP address, accessed URL, date and time of access, as well as the HTTP status code. This data serves solely for system security purposes and is stored anonymously. Assignment to you as an individual is not possible.

3. Website Creation with Framer

This website was created using Framer (Framer B.V., Rozengracht 197, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, Netherlands). Framer uses technically necessary fonts and resources that are loaded via the Framer infrastructure. In doing so, technical connection data (e.g. IP address) may be transmitted to Framer's servers.

4. OpenStreetMap Map Service

Our website contains links to OpenStreetMap, a service provided by the OpenStreetMap Foundation (OSMF), St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom. When clicking an OpenStreetMap link, you leave our website. Data processing is then carried out exclusively by OpenStreetMap. 5. Appointment Booking via Microsoft Bookings

For online appointment booking, we use Microsoft Bookings, a service provided by Microsoft Corporation (One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA) or Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland) for the European region.

When using Microsoft Bookings, the contact and appointment details you provide are transmitted to Microsoft and processed on Microsoft servers, which may also be located outside the EU. Transmission to third countries is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in accordance with Art. 46 Para. 2 lit. c GDPR.

The processing of data serves solely for booking management and appointment coordination.

6. Personal Data / Applications

Personal data that you transmit to us as part of an inquiry, contact initiation, or application (e.g., name, contact details, resume, references) will be used by us solely to process your request. We store applicant data until further notice.

We use certified cloud-based services for data management, including Microsoft 365 (email) and the CRM system Bullhorn. Storage in the USA cannot be ruled out in this process. Transmission in each case is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Recipients of your data may be partners, clients, and authorized service providers of IT VISTA, to the extent that this is necessary to fulfill the order. Beyond this, data will not be passed on to third parties unless we are legally required to do so.

7. Cookies

Our website uses technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the website. These cookies do not contain personal data and serve technical purposes only (e.g. session management). You can restrict or deactivate the storage of cookies in your browser settings; however, this may limit the functionality of individual sections of the website.
