For online appointment booking, we use Microsoft Bookings, a service provided by Microsoft Corporation (One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA) or Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland) for the European region.
When using Microsoft Bookings, the contact and appointment details you provide are transmitted to Microsoft and processed on Microsoft servers, which may also be located outside the EU. Transmission to third countries is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in accordance with Art. 46 Para. 2 lit. c GDPR.
The processing of data serves solely for booking management and appointment coordination.

We use certified cloud-based services for data management, including Microsoft 365 (email) and the CRM system Bullhorn. Storage in the USA cannot be ruled out in this process. Transmission in each case is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
